About the workshop:

Join Erica for an interactive hands-on workshop where we'll discuss how making small shifts in what and how we eat can make a huge impact on our daily lives. You'll learn about what foods will help boost your energy and how to start finding your balance with what your body needs. 

Food should be fueling AND fun and you can have BOTH! We'll also talk about how eating a better balanced diet will impact other areas of your life...you'll be surprised!

No restrictions, no counting calories, no dieting…it’s time to enjoy food on a level that leaves you feeling amazing again!
